Hatchet Miss

Hatchet Miss was born for mischief. She lived in a town of clowns until she was old enough to go out into the world. Before she left she had to take a test to earn her ax. The Giant Ax which she earned can be easily shrunk by pushing a button on it. She carries it around in her pocket and keeps it ready for a hater.
