Review of
Jet Slalom (freearcade.com)/(Flash)
By Ryan Wellman

The website freearcade.com has a lot of cool arcade games and other Flash. One that stuck out in my mind for one reason or another was Jet Slalom. There was no story, there didn’t have to be. No special music, and the only sound was an explosion. I thought it was awesome.

This is one of the few Flash games that emulates 3D pretty smoothly. The point of the game was as simple as the controls were. Right arrow goes right, left arrow goes left, and you want to avoid all obstacles. It starts off simple enough, a little adjustment here and there, but pretty much free sailing. The difficulty gradually increases as you advance, and the more obstacles you dodge, the more points you get. If you an beat the high scores then you are a better player than me.

This game was mostly designed for pretending your doing work at the office or school. I was addicted to this game from the start, but everyone’s different. I say give it a try, and draw your own decision.

There was also an easter egg that can either help you or anger you. If you hold down the “A” key while flying, you will accelerate immensly. It’s too fast to react however, so it might not be too useful.

Dunno if it’s Beatable (I never have)
