World of Lysandus #9:

Mantellan?

After they walked through the portal, the rip sealed up and disappeared as if it was never there. I heard a pop as it sealed. I walked over to where it was and there was no physical change except the oxygen which had leaked into the other dimension. What dimension did they just go to?

I sat there for a second, dumbfounded. Alesandra spoke up and told me to go tell my friends what happened. I leaped into the air and flew back to the mountain top. They were still there, sitting and waiting. I landed and told them everything.

Orsidium cocked his eye and gave me a look of hatred. "You are such a fucking dumb ass man. You just gave him the gem? The most powerful gem nonetheless."

"None of the gems are any more powerful than one another, they're just different." Dirrinni looked up at me. "Do you think he can kill him?"

I shrugged my shoulders and looked at my hands. "I had to do it Orsidium, it was clearly the only way. They need to fight they're battle. I saw into Evil's mind when I put my gloves in his face. Adradiggi is inside of him, and Adradiggi wants revenge on Insidious. I think if anyone has a chance at destroying him, it would be Evil."

"Whatever... Evil is a bad guy, you don't give bad guys extra power, especially if they're already stronger than you. You just don't do it, it's against the rules. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to be the one to destroy Evil in the end, and maybe even Insidious. You know what Lysandus, I'm sick and tired of having to fix your mistakes."

"Oh shut the fuck up Orsidium."

"Really? Is that how you really feel? Why don't we just see who is the strongest fighter right here and now. No holding back!" Orsidium started running towards me and I told him to stop. He kept running however, and swung his fist at me. I grabbed it and pulled him over to me.

"Calm the fuck down Orsidium, I just got new powers, I don't think you wanna fuck with me. I beat your ass when we were kids, and I can do it again." He pulled away and stared at me with cold hatred.

"Why should you be the chosen one, you're nothing but a fuckin pussy. You won't even fight me."

"I won't fight you because you're my friend." His eyes dropped and he turned away. He stomped off and sat over by the door that Evil had walked through not too long ago.

The door swung open and Mantellan walked out. His face was heavily scarred and he was bleeding all over. I looked closer and I saw that there were still two gems in his eye. He was strong, but not nearly as strong as I had become. He looked over at Orsidium and started walking over there. "ORSIDIUM!!!" I yelled, but he just ignored me. Mantellan grabbed him by the neck and pulled. He ripped off Orsidium's head and threw it at Dirrinni. Orsidium's spikes stuck in his chest and they both fell over dead.

Mantellan looked at me and laughed. "I always wanted to do that." He flew at me in an instant and started punching me. I stood there like a stone wall and rage started to overwhelm me. He pulled back and looked at his bruised hands. What happened next was a flash, an explosion of anger. With all my energy I turned into a ball of plasma and flew through him. I came out the other side and fell to the ground. He completely disintegrated and the gems fell to the ground. Mantellan was finally defeated for good.

I laid there for a little bit, and then got up the energy to stand. I picked up the two gems and looked over at my dead friends. Wondering if the Gallows still existed, I called out to them. A Gallow appeared in front of me but it was barely visible. It was transparent and fizzling in and out of existence.
